Sheeting & Cutting

Sheeting Services

Sheet cutting can be combined with other converting processes to enhance product value. Whether it’s die-cutting, slitting, or distribution, sheeting adds efficiency across industries. Need sheets of a particular size? Custom Converting can sheet your material to almost any dimensions that suit your requirements. Our sheeting services cut flexible materials and adhesives to square or rectangular shapes.   If your material isn’t on this list, just ask. We would be happy to consider the manufacturing feasibility for you. Consultations for manufacturability and a solutions-oriented attitude are why we have manufacturing relationships that have lasted for decades. Our customers know that they can trust us with their production requirements.

Guillotine Cutter

Guillotine cutting is an efficient method of transforming raw materials into tailored components.  We utilize shearing force for straight, clean cuts in your material.

Rotary Sheeting

Rotary sheeting is a specialized cutting process used to transform large rolls or sheets of material into smaller, precisely sized sheets. Unlike straight-line guillotine cutting, which involves linear cuts, rotary sheeting relies on a rotating blade to create continuous, uniform sheets.

Interleaving

When you need your sheeted materials to have additional sheets inserted between them, Custom Converting can provide interleaving services.
